JOBS AND RIGHT TO WORK IN COUNTRIES (Chapter 1- Singapore)

The world is full of opportunities, yet most of us wake up everyday and browse through the career websites to see if we can land on the perfect me job.
Over the people who are not employed currently there are people who are employed but not happy with the job they are currently doing. Job satisfaction might vary from person to person. 
You and me may have different standards for considering a job to be perfect for me. So let us explore what are the jobs you can take and what countries are waiting for you to apply.
There are jobs right from people who just finishes highschool to people who are holding a PHD.
Lets begin with the worlds most expensive and in demand country to date 'Singapore'
The demand is high as it is a financial centre for Asia. There is a high attraction from worlds 2 most highest populated countries which include India and China. 

Unlike most countries Singapore employers have to sponsor for the visa or they call it 'pass'

Right to work in Singapore-

1. Work permit- Hardworking blue collar jobs, most of the companies apply for work permit (visa/pass) this gives them the right to work and stay in the country. Singapore has been engagging alot of workers in the contruction, marine, ship building and various other industries to support the countries manpower requirements. 
Most of the Singaporeans are working class full time and they need someone to take care of the baby or younger children and do the household works for them. Maids are mostly engagged from maid agencies and a work permit is applied by the employer or family for them. The pay ranges from 700$-1500$ in general depending on the position and the work they are engagged.
Things to note- company has to pay levy of a certain amount $600. (Depending on policies)

2. S-pass or Service pass- The middle order supervisory jobs where a team of workers, cooks, cleaners and junior staff work under the guidance of a service staff. The pass pay ranges from 3300$-5000$ recently raised to increase local employment. The salary range was as low as 2200$ in 2017. The salary keeps increasing every year depending on the age range and experience. You may find more details on ministry of manpower website. Levy is applicable 550$-600$ payable by the company.

3. E-pass or Employment pass- The management staff will usually will be employed under Epass and paid a said salary of 5600$-14500$ recently raised from 3600$ which was fixed for seevral years. There is no levy charges for this that the company has to pay. However the employee has to pay a certain amount of tax on the earned income issued by I-RAS tax governing body in Singapore.

The above said 3 passes/ visa are sposored by the employee and managed by them until you are employed by them. The new job or change is job is only allowed when a new visa or pass is applied by your new employer.

4. Entre pass or self employed Epass- These passes are for enterprenuers and high income groups earning over 22500$ raised from 17000$.
